  Still the best fish counter ever only beaten by dedicated fish markets. Pity they have taken out the butchery and now only provide typical pre packed meat. Still a great supermarket thats exciting to visit. How sad is that.

  I'm only uploading this to annoy the officious and rude woman in the deli aisle who noticed me taking a picture of a box of anchovies from 20 metres away. It is 2017, and pictures of inside shops can only help with advertising. She was completely taken aback when I matched her rotten attitude with complete stone dead ignorance. Obviously they didn't teach her how to deal with that any more than they did any manners on her customer service training course. Anyway, I left the store soon after and continued shopping in Carrefour. Mercadona's business plan puts the customer first above staff. I am a customer and I will take as many photos as I choose. I can't wait for the Mercadona in Moraira to reopen... much better service. By the way, those anchovies are awful :-p

  Best variety, quality and value for groceries and household items. Barring a few high end items available at competition down the hill, this the best deal around. Staff are visible, knowledgeable and attentive. Checkout is usually quick.

  I love Mercadonna. Comfortable to shop in. Excellent prices. Wonderful choices. Polite and helpful staff. MY FAVORITE SHOP.
