  Unreliable . Rented a house for a period of 3 months 11 months in advance. Did the payment. 2 months before the rent was cancelled. House solid they said. New owner did not want to rent out. Can happen. But the same house with the same pictures is now on an other website for rent with Guzman as contact address. It was rented out for a half year.

  We very much enjoyed our 3 1/2 month winter stay at Villa Estefania. The villa is located in a very quiet area with sea view. We are very keen cyclists and hikers and the villa is located close to the popular cycling route to the mountains. The house, terrace and pool are in good condition and have a lovely, cozy feel. It was also wonderful to eat lemons and oranges picked straight from trees in the garden. Guzman were very good and friendly agents and were always very prompt to deal with any problems. We would definitely recommend this villa and would rent again through Guzman.
